Panchakarma Therapy at Parvesh Multi-Speciality Hospital represents the epitome of Ayurvedic principles and healing practices, offering a profound detoxification and rejuvenation process for the mind, body, and spirit. This ancient therapy is meticulously designed to eliminate toxins from the body, restore constitutional balance, and enhance well-being through a personalized, holistic approach. Our dedicated Ayurvedic center within the hospital ensures that each patient receives the highest quality care in a serene and supportive environment.

Our Panchakarma Process

Panchakarma, meaning "five actions" in Sanskrit, is a series of therapeutic treatments that deeply cleanse the body's tissues of toxins. Our process is tailored to the individual's unique constitution (dosha) and health conditions, ensuring a highly personalized treatment plan. The therapy unfolds in three phases: preparation (Purvakarma), main treatment (Pradhana Karma), and follow-up (Paschat Karma), each critical to achieving optimal results.

  • Preparation (Purvakarma): This initial phase involves preparing the body to release toxins through internal and external oleation and therapeutic sweating. Treatments such as oil massages and steam baths help to liquefy and mobilize toxins, facilitating their elimination.
  • Main Treatment (Pradhana Karma): This phase consists of the five core treatments that form the heart of Panchakarma. These treatments are Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Virechana (purgation), Basti (enema therapy using herbal decoctions and oils), Nasya (nasal administration of medicinal substances), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting therapy, offered in specific cases). The selection and application of these treatments are customized to each patient's needs and health status.
  • Follow-up (Paschat Karma): The concluding phase focuses on restoring digestive and metabolic fire (Agni) through a carefully planned diet and the use of digestive herbs. This phase is crucial for the rejuvenation process, allowing the body to rebuild healthy tissues and regain strength.

Health Benefits

Panchakarma offers extensive health benefits, including the enhancement of immunity, purification of the body, restoration of balance and well-being, improvement in digestive functions, reduction in stress, and revitalization of the nervous system. It is also effective in managing and treating chronic conditions, promoting longevity, and improving mental clarity and focus.

At Parvesh Multi-Speciality Hospital, our Panchakarma Therapy program is a testament to our commitment to holistic health and the principles of Ayurvedic medicine. We invite you to experience this transformative journey, designed to cleanse, balance, and rejuvenate your entire being.
